JTEKT Machinery recognizes the need for global standards throughout the manufacturing process and has expanded the communication options on its PLC systems, increased memory capacity, and added visualization programming options to our control packages.
In addition to the standard line of PLCs, JTEKT Machinery offers a TOYOPUC Safety PLC. It meets Category 4 certification and the safety requirements of most crucial manufacturing environments.
TOYOPUC - Plus
Programmable Logic Universal Smart Controller
TOYOPUC - Plus and Nano are PLC's that collect raw data at the machine level. The data is stored on the Plus & Nano until extracted by the Triple AAA via ethernet. TOYOPUC - Plus can be connected to new or old existing equipment from different controller makers.
