JTEKT Machinery’s Terms and Conditions outline the complete legal framework governing the sale, delivery, installation, payment, warranty, and support of all products and services we provide. These terms define responsibilities for order acceptance, cancellation, pricing, taxes, delivery schedules, installation requirements, warranty coverage, liability limitations, and export compliance. They also detail important security measures such as our purchase-money security interest, Time Interlock System, and transfer detection device protections.
