The FH630SX-i 5-Axis represents JTEKT Machinery’s best-in-class solution for advanced multi-surface machining on a 630 mm platform. Engineered for high precision and performance, this machine delivers exceptional flexibility for complex part geometries and demanding production environments. Its tilting spindle head features a powerful C-axis drive train with an expanded 230° swivel range, allowing superior access to large and intricate workpieces.

Equipped with an 8,000 RPM high-torque spindle for heavy cutting and an optional 15,000 RPM high-power spindle for high-speed, multi-material machining, the FH630SX-i 5-Axis adapts seamlessly to any production challenge. The replaceable taper design enhances maintainability and uptime, while the machine’s robust structural design ensures long-term accuracy and rigidity—making it a true benchmark in 5-axis horizontal machining performance.

Its innovative roller reducer and spur gear design eliminates the need for a timing belt, ensuring direct, backlash-free power transmission for superior responsiveness and control. At the heart of its structure is a Direct Drive Motor system that provides smooth, high-speed rotary performance while minimizing mechanical loss. Supporting this advanced motion system is a large 445 mm diameter cross roller bearing, delivering exceptional stability under heavy loads and aggressive cutting conditions. Together, these design innovations create a platform optimized for continuous precision, reliability, and productivity in demanding production environments.
