The DTC Series is engineered with a compact yet robust design, built to deliver maximum machining performance within a minimal footprint. Its FEM-analyzed cast iron base and column provide outstanding rigidity and vibration damping, ensuring long-term accuracy even under high-speed or heavy-duty cutting conditions. Precision-ground linear roller guideways enable fast and smooth axis movement, supporting the machine’s high acceleration and rapid positioning. 

At the heart of the DTC Series’ productivity lies its high-speed automatic tool changer (ATC). The standard 24-tool carousel magazine is designed for quick and reliable tool swaps, reducing chip-to-chip time and boosting output in continuous production environments. Each tool station supports BT30 or BBT30 tooling, ensuring rigidity and precision during high-speed operations. The advanced arm-type ATC mechanism provides smooth tool exchanges, even during complex machining cycles, maintaining consistent performance under demanding production schedules. Optional upgrades such as expanded tool capacity and automatic tool length measurement systems allow the DTC Series to scale with your evolving manufacturing requirements.
