The WELE management team is the most experienced group of machine tool builders in Taiwan, having founded the original government-led ITRI program to develop CNC manufacturing for national defense.  WELE maintains the largest hand-scraping mastering table in the country, and machines all its own castings on WELE machining centers. The WELE board is comprised of three WELE employees and three JTEKT employees.
