TIPROS FMS Cell Controller
TIPROS combines unrivaled production insight, database management and powerful scheduling capabilities and analysis.
- Our proven TIPROS Cell Controller has been in operation for over 30 years. Pallets are RFID-tagged and a database is maintained of all pallets, fixtures, clamp locations on fixtures, workpieces, and NC programs.
- The Cell Controller maintains all data and can dynamically adjust machining schedules based on priorities input from Production Management.
- TIPROS seamlessly partners with software like PLEX, SAIL, MAST, FORCAM, AQUILA, SEEDTACTICS or similar, to interface with ERP systems, material control systems, predictive production simulations, and many other tools.
- Review time-dilated simulations of weekly, monthly, or annual production through the system - to analyze spindle utilization, fixture transfer-cart utilization, and load station utilization.
