At the heart of the machine is the advanced STAT BEARING® wheelhead, engineered to deliver unmatched precision and long-term durability. Designed with no metal-to-metal contact, the bearing system virtually eliminates wear, significantly extending spindle life while ensuring consistent performance. Its exceptionally high rigidity and superior damping capacity suppress vibration and maintain stability during even the most demanding grinding applications, resulting in smooth operation and superior surface finishes.

To further enhance performance, the wheelhead minimizes heat generation, preserving accuracy over extended production runs. Powered by a robust 5 hp (3.7 kW) drive, it provides the strength needed for reliable, high-performance grinding.
