FH630SX-i

The FH630SX-i is a powerful, high-speed horizontal machining center featuring an 8,000 RPM spindle, with the option of a 15,000 RPM high-torque spindle, and a rapid feedrate of 2,362 ipm (60 m/min). This machine has dual ballscrew drive on the Y and Z axes, and a Meehanite cast iron base for improved rigidity.

Our platform is engineered with advanced FEM technology to deliver unmatched stability, precision, and performance. The low center-of-gravity column enhances rigidity, while the optimized bed design ensures stable axial feed even at high speeds and accelerations. A cylindrical roller slide minimizes elastic deformation under heavy loads and provides superior vibration damping for long-lasting durability. Additionally, the plate-type pallet clamper system securely grips large parts, reducing surface vibrations and guaranteeing high-precision machining every time.
