LB Series

Its one-piece bridge casting and three-piece structural layout (bridge, crossbeam, and columns) provide outstanding strength, vibration dampening, and stability, even under extreme cutting conditions. To further reinforce accuracy, the LB Series integrates Y-axis roller guideways on both upper and lower sections, while ultra-heavy loading roller guides are applied across all axes to maximize durability and machining capability. 

Designed for versatility, the LB Series offers extended travels with options of up to 7,060 mm in X, 4,000 mm in Y, and 1,400 mm in Z, supporting the machining of extremely large components with confidence. For models with X-axis travel beyond 5 meters, a rotating nut feed system ensures smooth and precise movement across the full stroke. Built with dynamic simulation and finite element analysis (FEA), the LB Series achieves optimal balance between strength and precision, making it the ideal solution for industries requiring uncompromising machining performance. 

The LB Series can be equipped with the M Function Option, transforming it into a highly capable 5-sides machining center. This function enables automatic head exchanges, vertical and horizontal tool changes, and efficient headstock clamping, allowing complex multi-face machining in a single setup.

Automatic tool change times are optimized to approximately 35 seconds for vertical machining and 50 seconds for horizontal machining, while head exchanges are completed in about 60 seconds. This compact yet cost-effective system empowers manufacturers to achieve greater throughput without compromising machining accuracy—making it ideal for large, complex workpieces where efficiency and versatility are critical. 

In addition, precision testing—covering positioning accuracy (±0.015 mm) and repeatability (±0.003 mm)—is conducted to international JIS standards, ensuring each machine delivers uncompromising performance.
