Spindle Rebuild

At JTEKT Machinery, we understand that spindle performance is central to your productivity—which is why our factory-trained experts deliver the industry’s most precise, reliable, and OEM-authentic spindle rebuilds. As the only certified repair provider for JTEKT, TOYODA, KOYO, WELE, and AMS, our state-of-the-art in-house facility rebuilds every spindle to exact original specifications using proprietary prints, processes, and components that aftermarket providers simply cannot replicate. Each unit undergoes a rigorous, ISO-certified process of evaluation, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, balancing, cooling verification, and run-in testing to ensure like-new performance. With 9,000+ OEM parts in inventory, 200+ fully tested spindles ready for immediate shipment, an efficient core exchange program, and an average 6–8 day turnaround, JTEKT delivers both speed and uncompromising quality—keeping your machines cutting, your uptime high, and your operation performing at its peak.


Machine Rebuild

JTEKT Machinery’s Rebuild & Remanufacturing Division in Wixom, Michigan, brings new life to aging machining centers and grinding machines by restoring them to OEM specifications—or better—through decades of engineering expertise, factory-trained craftsmanship, and state-of-the-art capabilities. Since the late 1970s, our team has delivered fast-turnaround rebuilds and full base-up remanufacturing solutions that provide a cost-effective alternative to purchasing new equipment. Rebuilds focus on rapid return to production with point-by-point inspections, subassembly reconditioning, and restored accuracy, while complete remanufacturing includes stripping machines to the castings, steam cleaning, sandblasting, repainting, hand scraping, and comprehensive testing to ensure like-new performance. Supported by a 75,000 sq. ft. facility, climate-controlled inspection, CNC control engineering, full testing capabilities, and more than 5,500 OEM replacement parts in stock, JTEKT delivers machine restoration solutions that maximize output, extend equipment life, and keep manufacturers productive and competitive.
