UA2090 Ti Structure

Rigid Structure, Intelligent Design

The UA2090Ti is engineered from the ground up for exceptional rigidity, stability, and precision in 5-axis machining of large titanium and hard alloy components. Built upon a Meehanite cast iron base and a dual-column gantry structure, the UA2090Ti ensures optimal strength and vibration damping under the heaviest cutting loads. Every casting is FEM-analyzed to achieve maximum stiffness while maintaining a balanced, low center of gravity—critical for machining large, heavy parts with consistent accuracy.

The UA2090Ti also integrates an advanced counterbalance system on the headstock, significantly reducing mechanical strain and vibration during long machining cycles. This ensures smoother motion, enhanced surface finish, and long-term geometric accuracy. Combined with THK roller guideways on all linear axes and twin ballscrews with tandem servo control on the Y-axis, the machine achieves fast, precise positioning and outstanding dynamic performance.
