Engineered Part Handling Cells

JTEKT designs and integrates automated part handling cells that bring advanced flexibility and productivity to multi-machine and complex loading environments. Each system is purpose-built to meet unique production requirements — whether it involves multiple machines, oversized workpieces, or unmanned operation across long production runs. Automation cells can be configured with rail-guided, pedestal-mounted, or gantry-style pallet management systems, providing reliable and repeatable part loading and unloading. Designed for rapid deployment, many JTEKT systems can be installed and commissioned in as little as one week, minimizing downtime and accelerating ROI.

Every cell is custom-engineered for efficient autonomous operation, allowing machines of various sizes and types to operate seamlessly within a single automated line. Robot Loader Series

JTEKT Robot Loaders are a cost-effective, compact solution for manufacturers seeking a “plug-and-play” automated loading / unloading process. Three options are available, based on size, to meet various payloads. Each robot loader comes with a Fanuc robot arm equipped with a Schunk dual arm gripper, touch screen panel, teaching pendant, and drawer system.
