Optimized Bed Design

The machine bed has been carefully engineered using advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to achieve an optimized design that enhances overall stiffness and stability. This robust structure provides the strength required to maintain accuracy under heavy grinding forces, ensuring consistent precision across extended production cycles. To further improve performance, a steel isolation plate and air gap have been incorporated into the design. This innovation not only improves coolant flow but also minimizes casting distortion, reducing the effects of heat buildup during continuous operation.
