FH800SX-i

The JTEKT FH800SX-i is a powerful, high-speed horizontal machining center featuring a 8,000 RPM spindle, or optional 15,000 RPM high-torque spindle, and a rapid feedrate of 2,127 ipm (54 m/min). This machine has dual ballscrew drives on the Y-Axis and Z-Axis, along with a Meehanite cast iron base for enhanced rigidity. With its remarkably expansive work envelope, the FH800SX-i excels at machining large parts with ease and flexibility.

The FH800SX-i horizontal machining center is engineered to efficiently machine the most demanding, largest components in its class. With a maximum workpiece swing of Ø1,500 mm and a heavy-duty load capacity of 2,500 kg, it provides the strength and stability required for oversized parts in aerospace, construction, automotive, and energy applications.

Along with its expansive work envelope and rapid federate of 2,127 ipm (54 m/min) – the FH800SX-i features dual ballscrew drives on the Y-Axis and Z-Axis, along with a Meehanite cast iron base for utmost rigidity.
