FH5000 Series
Designed to achieve remarkable speed and production reliability, JTEKT’s FH5000 Series meets the growing demand for high metal removal rates, short cycle times and superior surface finishes. It features standard 60-tool ATC capacity, along with a 15,000 RPM, 50 HP (37 kW), 303 Nm (223 ft-lbs.) high acceleration spindle. Equipped with a direct drive B-axis table featuring an index time (90°) of 0.7 seconds - the FH5000’s spindle design, preload system and high torque features allow manufacturers to take advantage of more aggressive, high-volume machining in a compact footprint.

Superior Speed & Performance
The FH5000’s design incorporates oversized roller guides, full-contact pallet clamping, and a four-bearing spindle system, enabling exceptional cutting capacity and reliability. Its flexible travels—up to 35.4” x 31.5” x 34.6”—make it possible to replace larger-class machines or launch new product lines with greater efficiency. Optional tool magazine expansions (up to 330 tools) further extend capacity, allowing longer unattended run times and higher pallet density for extended production.
By combining a compact, ultra-rigid machine design with the highest capacity table load and work envelope in its class, the FH5000 Series gives manufacturers the freedom to handle bigger parts, longer runs, and more complex operations without sacrificing floor space or cycle time.
Spindle Options
The FH5000 Series is engineered with flexible spindle configurations to match diverse production needs. Standard models feature a high-speed 15,000 RPM, 50 HP spindle with 303 Nm of torque, supported by a robust four-bearing design with 85 mm ID bearings.
